Going to give this a go! Great to know you can use frozen fish from a cost point of view, would love any ideas for for pack lunches to take to work too, thanks Seb great work!!

I ALWAYS get nervous leaving the fish for so long. Going to try my absolute best and commit to it though - will report back ☺️

You can do it! The time depends on the thickness of the fillet. Start with 3 minutes, and once it’s golden around the edges and easily comes off, it’s time to flip. Let me know how it goes!!

Just made these and it was sooo delicious! Can't believe how easy the fish was. Thanks for doing this email, it's landed just as I was feeling in a real funk about meals and my cooking abilities. Really looking forward to more!

Hi Seb, I’d love if you add an vegetarian alternative section or more veg stuff! I almost 100% resonate with your mission!🥗

I’ve always thought healthy eating was important & even worked at a vegan restaurant a year to try to improve my skills, but am still lazy as heck in the kitchen. Still just getting by trying to pack in 1 carb + 1 protein + 1 leafy green + 1 hard vegetable each day. 🥙

Found you first on IG and subscribed here without a question! Looking forward to you making me a better healthier cook! 🥹💓🌮

Love ya already -Joyce 💚😋

Hi Joyce! I will defo keep this MOSTLY vegetarian. I know, it’s so hard to tick all the boxes, especially eating only plants based (I used to be vegetarian for a couple of years)

So happy to have you here!!
